Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Roster Locker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Description of the service

Roster Locker is an AI-powered fantasy sports assistant that connects to your fantasy leagues and provides analysis such as trade evaluations, start/sit suggestions, waiver targets, and draft assistance across multiple sports and platforms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Free and paid plans

The Service offers a free plan and a paid subscription ("All-Access"). Features and limits of each plan are described on our site and may change as the product evolves. Some AI features are metered on the free plan.

4. Early access / beta

The Service is currently offered on an early-access basis. That means features may change, break, or be added, and the Service is provided as-is while we build it. Founder pricing, if offered to you, will be honored as described at the time you signed up.

5. Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We'll give notice of any price changes to your plan.

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel in the app (Account → Membership) in a couple of taps. Cancelling stops all future charges — no phone calls, no hoops.
• You keep what you paid for. After cancelling, your membership stays fully active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your leagues and history stay put.
• No prorated refunds. Because you keep full access through the end of your paid period, we don't issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time; unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We don't offer a formal refund program, but we may issue goodwill refunds case-by-case at our sole discretion — email support@roster.locker and we'll take a look.
• Off-season pause. You're only billed while at least one of your connected sports is in season — when they're all in the off-season, we pause your billing automatically and resume it (with a heads-up email) when a season starts back up.
• Something wrong with a charge? If you believe you were billed in error or something isn't right, email support@roster.locker within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

6. Fantasy platform connections

The Service connects to third-party fantasy platforms (such as Sleeper, ESPN, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker, Fantrax, Fantasy Premier League, and Yahoo) using their public or authorized methods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms or any sports league. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes they make, or for their availability or accuracy.

Yahoo Fantasy. Where the Service displays fantasy data sourced from Yahoo, that data is provided by Yahoo Fantasy. Yahoo Fantasy integration covers NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL and is available to users in the United States and Canada.

7. AI content, values, and advice

• AI analysis is generated by automated models and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, betting, or gambling advice, and it should not be treated as such.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation, projection, or the outcome of any roster or trade decision.
• You are solely responsible for all decisions you make in your fantasy leagues.
• Data and values may not reflect the most recent news or developments.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or logic.
• Resell or redistribute paid features or data to non-subscribers.
• Impersonate others, provide false information, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, features, and design, is owned by Roster Locker and protected by intellectual property laws. The Roster Locker name and logo are our trademarks; please don't use them without permission. You keep ownership of your own data.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roster Locker and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from decisions made based on it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or US $50.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
